This brief was extensive as it required a complete over clad of the roof to alleviate the problems with water ingress that had been occurring over many years. 

This double unit terrace was in a very dilapidated condition when both units became vacant and a full renovation of the site was undertaken.

The new over cladded roof and gutters ensured the units finally became watertight which enabled the drying out process of both units and the completion of an extensive refurbishment which has converted a tired double terrace into 2 contemporary business premises.
